Do I need to make an appointment before visiting the clinic?
Walk-ins are welcome at most of our clinics. However, waiting times may vary depending on patient volume. You may also contact your preferred clinic in advance to check availability or make an appointment.
What services do your clinics provide?
Our clinics provide a range of primary healthcare services, including consultations for acute and chronic conditions, health screenings, vaccinations, medical examinations, minor procedures, preventive care, asthetic medicine and more.
Do you accept CHAS, Pioneer Generation and Merdeka Generation cards?
Selected clinics participate in applicable government healthcare schemes. Please check with your preferred clinic before your visit, as eligibility and subsidies may vary depending on the service provided.
Are your clinics participating in Healthier SG?
Yes, selected clinics within our group participate in Healthier SG. Eligible patients may enrol with a participating clinic for preventive care, health planning and recommended screenings and vaccinations.
Can I use my company or insurance medical benefits at your clinics?
Our clinics work with various corporate healthcare and insurance partners. Coverage depends on your employer, insurer and individual plan. Please present your identification and relevant medical benefit card or e-card during registration.
What should I bring when visiting the clinic?
Please bring your NRIC, FIN or other valid identification. Where applicable, you should also bring your CHAS card, corporate medical card, insurance e-card, referral documents or relevant medical records.
Can I visit any clinic within your group for follow-up appointments?
You may visit any of our clinics, although we recommend returning to the same clinic or doctor for ongoing or chronic condition management whenever possible to ensure better continuity of care.
